FER became the EV charger distributor in Thailand, expects this to handle demand from EV cars producers after EV cars are gaining popularity in Europe and China. It expects to cooperate with service stations to increase growth of Star Gas. (Kao Hoon, 01/12/16)
GUNKUL
GUNKUL targets 2017 revenue growth of 20-30% on the back of revenue from power plants. It plans to take part in 180MW in solar farms for government units. It expects the bid winner for a 50MW solar farm in Malaysia to be announced in 1Q17. Its shareholders approved Bt10bn to invest in Iwakuni solar farm in Japan. (Kao Hoon, 01/12/16)

JMT buys bad debt from credit card and personal loans from TBANK via its subsidiary, valued at Bt399mn. This increases its total portfolio to Bt110bn. It expects to acquire more debt by the end of this year. (Thun Hoon, 01/12/16)

JWD and Siam Motors Industry Co., Ltd set up a JV (Siam JWD Logistics) to engage in integrated logistics service for auto parts (42.5% stake). It expects this to start up in Jan 2016. It targets Bt50mn revenue in the first year. (Kao Hoon, 01/12/16)

LPH expects 2016 revenue growth to reach 20%, higher than its target of 15%. It is budgeting Bt1.05bn to expand into a second hospital. It is negotiating to acquire one private hospital. It expects a decision to be made in mid-2017. (Thun Hoon, 01/12/16)

Comment: I love this company, a perfect example of scaling and building a massive network. The 7-11 of petrol stations.
 
QTC
QTC’s board approved Bt130mn for its subsidiary (QTC Global Power). It plans to invest in a solar farm in Myanmar; a decision will be made in 1Q17. (Kao Hoon, 01/12/16)

SAT is negotiating with a new customer to supply auto parts. A decision will be made in early 2017. It expects this to contribute revenue of Bt200-300mn/year. It targets 2017 revenue growth of 5%. It expects agricultural machinery sales to grow along with the economy. (Thun Hoon, 01/12/16)
SGP
SGP expects 2017 revenue to be good from higher LPG sales volume. It targets LPG sales of 3.15mn tons. It is budgeting Bt240mn to expand its LPG plants in Malaysia and Myanmar. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt40bn. (Kao Hoon, 01/12/16)

TM is talking to a prospective partner to invest in operating room equipment. It expects a decision to be made in 2017. It expects 4Q16 performance to hit a record high. Comment: No surprise here. The question is just how quickly can this little company scale up to receive bigger projects
