ETE plans to increase 2018 revenue by 20-30% backed by growth in four businesses. It is negotiating to buy a solar farm business and expects to know the result next year. FSMART raised its target for 2017 top-up service to Bt35bn from Bt32bn, as top-up service has surged in 4Q17. It expects to end the year with 124,000 machines . (Thun Hoon, 15/12/17)
Comment: The sudden drop in share price has a few people startled but when you think about the lower GPM’s it is going to achieve from its new machines it begins to make some sense. Regardless as a business its still amazing.

FVC’s board approved spending Bt250mn to buy a Wuttisak franchise in the northeast. It believes its business will grow significantly in 2018 and plans to list its medical service business on mai within by. (Thun Hoon, 15/12/17)

ORI hired the Intercontinental Hotel chain to manage its three hotels worth Bt7.5bn. It plans to raise the proportion of revenue from hotels to 20-30%. It targets revenue to reach Bt30bn in five years and reports current backlog of Bt30bn, of which Bt14bn will be booked as revenue in 2018. (Thun Hoon, 15/12/17)
Comment: Now the fear I have for origin is that they’ll have to figure out how to maintain their new lofty backlog’s, otherwise it will go the way of raimon land’s stock price i.e. a beautiful xmas tree
SIS
SIS projects higher 2018 revenue growth from 2017, when it expects growth of no more than 10%. It expects solid growth in the cloud service business in the long term. It also expects net profit margin of at least 1.45%. It expects the proportion of revenue from consumers to fall in tandem with slowing purchasing power, while the commercial segment has potential to grow well. (Thun Hoon, 15/12/17)
TLUXE
TLUXE’s board approved investing Bt789.32mn in nine geothermal power plants with total capacity of 1,125 kW in Japan. It expects commercial operations to start in April 2018. This will raise the number of its power plants to 24 with total capacity of 24MW. (Thun Hoon, 15/12/17)
