ANAN will launch seven new projects in 2Q17 worth Bt22.6bn. This will support revenue to reach targets of Bt7.35bn in 2Q17 and Bt31.5bn in 2017. Currently, the company has backlog of Bt42bn, Bt25bn of which will be recognized this year, mostly in 4Q17 at around Bt15bn. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17 )

AOT
AOT is going ahead with its plans to develop phase 3 of Don Muang Airport to increase capacity from 35mn passengers to 40mn, at an investment cost of Bt32bn. This will be submitted to the board in November. The project is targeted to finish in 2022. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

BEAUTY
BEAUTY is doing a roadshow in London, Scotland, and the Netherlands with Phillip Capital Group, visiting 19 funds. Feedback has been positive on the back of demand growth and earnings reaching new highs, as well as market expansion domestically and overseas. BRR will submit its VSPP bid. The company expects a strong 2Q17, up YoY supported by strong demand both domestically and overseas on top of a strong sugar price. Revenue is expected to grow 30% YoY. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

ECF
ECF to extend timeline for biomass power plant project with TRUE-P, as well as IFEC’s debt repayment deadline to August 26. It is waiting for IFEC management to finalize its decision on the acquisition of TRUE-P. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

EPCO
EPCO plans to issue a Bt1bn debenture (2-4 year) with interest rate of 5-5.35%. It will offer this to major shareholders on June 5-7, 2017. It will use the cash as working capital, for expansion and to buy land for future project development. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

ICHI
ICHI is budgeting Bt800mn to acquire a machine that will increase capacity by 300mn bottles/year from 1.2bn bottles/year now. It maintains its 2017 revenue target of Bt6.5bn and will focus on marketing campaigns at home as well as launch new products to boost sales. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)
Comment: If their energy drink can take off, then it will change the story of ICHI.

ITD
ITD signed two contracts for mass transit lines in Dhaka Bangladesh, valued at Bt20bn. It also plans take part in the dual-track bidding (Hua Hin – Nakorn Pathom, 84km), worth Bt7.3bn. It expects the winner of this project to be announced in mid-July. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

ORI
ORI targets 2017 revenue at Bt9bn, up from its earlier target of Bt6bn, with sales above Bt13bn. Behind this is the acquisition of PARK 24. It expects the deal to be done within Oct, lifting 4Q17 performance to a record high. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

PSTC
PSTC plans to invest in 46.8MW of alternative energy this year. It will use internal funding out of its Bt2bn cash on hand. It expects 2017 performance to turn around with substantial revenue of over Bt1bn aided by revenue from selling electricity. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)

QTC plans to ask board approval to invest in 220MW solar power at Minbu in Myanmar via subsidiary, QTCGP. It expects 2H17 performance to turn around on the back of Bt400mn in work on hand. TPBI expects 2Q17 earnings to grow gradually on numerous orders that are lifting its utilization rate to 70%. It expects 2H17 performance to be good on seasonality. It does not worry about the baht appreciation as it has entered into forward hedging. It is talking to a prospective partner in Myanmar and expects clarification in 4Q17. (Thun Hoon, 30/05/17)
