Comment: Ever since the digital economy news disappated the same has happened to ILINK’s share price, even though nothing really has changed for this company.
 
KKP
KKP to sell subsidiary to Yuanta – KKP and Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services, a Taiwanese securities firm with regional operations in Asia and Southeast Asia, signed an agreement yesterday for a 99.99% share purchase of KKTRADE Securities Company, a KKP subsidiary, by Yuanta. Comment: The sell of KK Securities by KKP was only a matter of time since the merger with Phatra, I’m just surprised they got a decent price for it
 
MC
MC expects 2H16 earnings to be good. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 15% from last year’s Bt3.95bn backed by a larger customer base and economic recovery. It is looking for a partner to expand overseas. It has budgeted Bt200mn for investment. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)

Comment: Perhaps one of the more expensive condominium developers in the market, then again with a huge retail investor owning a significant number of shares who knows what may happen to the share price….
PACE

SC

SCC reported 1Q16 net profit of Bt13.61bn (23% growth) driven by petrochemical business which contributed net profit of Bt9.11bn (85% growth). SYNTEC plans to buy a hotel valued between Bt100mn-1bn, with a decision to be made this year. It has taken over Eight Residence Thonglor through a subsidiary. It expects the construction business to be good. It plans to take part in upcoming bidding and to get Bt10bn in new projects. It expects its backlog to reach Bt11bn. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)
Comment: A rather interesting shift, basically they bought an asset that is 1/2 their current market cap, perhaps the next construction company to shift towards property development? 
TCMC
TCMC is looking for a partner via PP. It plans to acquire a business overseas. It plans to buy a leather factory. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 25-30% aided by profit sharing from Alston Furniture. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)
