BCH is preparing to open Kasemrad Hospital Ramkhamhaeng on Oct 22 with 139 beds and cost of Bt928mn. The hospital was rebranded from Karunyawet Hospital. It will have 13 hospitals and one clinic under management at the end of this year and it expects double-digit revenue growth this year. (Kao Hoon, 9/10/18)

KIAT is bumping up foreign revenue to be 20% of total revenue from the previous 5% after gaining a job from clients in Laos. It expects to receive Bt160mn from the job. It expects revenue growth of 30% this year. (Thun Hoon, 9/10/18)
NYT
NYT got a windfall after major customers rented almost 120K square meters in its warehouses with a five-year contract. It will begin booking this revenue in 4Q18. Gross margin is stable at 45% and it expects revenue growth of 3-5% in tandem with industry growth. (Thun Hoon, 9/10/18)
Comment: Still a monopoly play on automotive exports
SCN
SCN will hold up in GEP Thailand and stay as the major shareholder. It expects more than 10% IRR from the Minbu solar power plant in Myanmar, which is the biggest solar power plant in ASEAN. The project will generate recurring income from electricity distribution for 30 years. (Thun Hoon, 9/10/18)
TITLE
TITLE has entered the “condotel” market. It is working with Best Western to establish and manage the fifth phase of Title Rawai beach condotel. It expects to hold presales for the condotel in November with project value of Bt800-900mn. (Thun Hoon, 9/10/18)
Comment: Ah hmmm, so this is may be a little trick by developers to go around and sell more units to foreigners. How? Well if you build 2 buildings, one a normal condo then 49% can be sold to non-thai’s, and the other building is a “condotel’ a different license and can be 100% sold to foreigners (do correct me if I’m wrong on this) 
TPCH
TPCH expects total electricity production capacity to reach 200MW in 2020. It is continuing to acquire power plants. It will bid for a 40MW waste electrical power plant at the end of this year and plans to set up a power plant in Myanmar in 2021. (Kao Hoon, 9/10/18)
