K

Comment: With all these new malls coming up in the next 5-10 years, K is incredibly well positioned to benefit from this.

PF
PF expects 1Q16 sales to reach Bt3.5bn as targeted after has already achieving Bt3bn. This will increase its backlog to above Bt6bn, with Bt4.2bn expected to be booked this year. It plans to increase its sales by expanding its market upcountry. It launched a Bt1.77bn condo at Hua Hin, and presales have reached 35%. (Thun Hoon, 28/03/16)

PM

SAMCO expects 2016 earnings to reach new high if GDP grows 3.7% as forecast. It targets revenue to grow 30%. It plans to launch three projects valued at Bt4.4bn. SGP
Local institutions are interested in SGP shares because of its strong fundamentals. It targets 2016 revenue growth of 5% from 2014’s Bt58.3bn, bolstered by high demand. TCAP
TCAP plans to focus on HP for used cars and “car for cash”. It expects this to make up for the lack of recovery in loans for new cars. It plans to launch a new campaign for first car buyers by offering installment payments of Bt59/day with interest rate at 3.18%. It expects 10,000 car buyers to join this campaign with Bt3bn in total loans. (Thun Hoon, 28/03/16)

TSR
TSR expects 1Q16 earnings of Bt34mn (+38%) aided by launching new products and focusing on telesales. It expects this to increase its earnings 30% on average over next three years (2016- 2019). (Khao Hoon, 28/03/16)
