Comment: That’s rather interesting….to a listed co? Why would it sell such a large plot? A JV perhaps?
MAJOR

MTLS expects 4Q15 earnings to grow 55% to Bt231mn driven by expansion. It targets 50% loan growth for the next two years. It plans to open 400 more branches this year. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: And they’ve proven it with their 4Q #’s that they would grow 50% last year, they still believe they can achieve the same net profit growth for the next 2 years.
PACE
PACE shares of interest to Singapore institutional investors because of its strong fundamentals and growth. It is budgeting Bt2bn to acquire land. It expects 2016 earnings to turn around on the back of large transfers. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)

PIMO is talking to a prospective partner in Taiwan about exporting to Australia. It expects a decision to be made and exports to begin in March. It plans to export to the US and Canada in April. It expects this to increase its revenue growth by 10-15%. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)

POLAR’s associated company Glory ACME Limited (GA) will open the Bt6bn The Sherwood condo in London. Glory ACME is a venture between POLAR and an expert property businessman in London. It expects to begin transfers in 2017. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)

RS decides to do a share repurchase program, not exceeding Bt470mn. It will repurchase no more than 50.07mn shares, equal to 5.02% of its outstanding shares. The purchases will be made between Feb 25 – Aug 24 this year. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: Well its a viewpoint…first the management buys shares…then they use the company to buy shares…in a perfect world shouldn’t it be the other way around

TNPC expects robust 2015 earnings after it achieving Bt34.67mn in the first nine months of the year compared to the net loss in 2014.
