GULF’s board approved the issue of up to Bt10bn in 10-year debentures. Its 126.8MW GBP power plant will start commercial operation on November 1. It will sign the IPP project loan in early November. PTTEP reported 3Q18 earnings of Bt10.4bn. Petroleum sales volume was 300k per day. 9M18 earnings were Bt27.37bn, +145%YoY. Fundamentals are solid as it has Bt120bn of cash and a D/E ratio of just 0.17. The cash is in preparation for the bidding for Bongkot and Erawan fields. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/18)

RICHY is confident that 3Q18 performance will be good. Backlog is Bt4bn and this will be booked as revenue through 2020. It plans to open presales for The Rich Rama 9 – Sri Nakarin on November 3. This property project is valued at Bt2.3bn. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/18)
RS
Sorat Wanichvarakit bought a big lot of 12.5mn RS shares, 1.23% of total shares, for Bt14/share. This makes him the second largest shareholder with 11.18%. He believes that RS is not dependent on the global economy or on China tourists. He will buy more if he sees a chance. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/18)
Comment: I do find this to be interesting, because we don’t see their non-media business really growing strongly. The cosmetics has a natural limit as a tele-sales co..so…what else could they have up their sleeves to drive growth?
SAMART
SAMART expects earnings to turn around this year with target revenue of Bt20bn. It will sign a Bt2bn contract. It plans to bid for projects with total value of Bt20-30bn. It has budgeted Bt200mn to set up Secure Info, with target revenue of Bt50-100mn in 1-2 years. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/18)
Comment: We’ve heard that since the beginning of this year and yet not much has materialised, maybe a total of THB 3-4 bn has been won by SAMART and its group companies
SIRI
SIRI maintains its presales target of Bt50bn this year. It plans to launch four property projects with total value of Bt10bn. It is partnering with Tokyu Corporation and Samitivej Hospital to launch Wellness Residence to target the health-conscious next year. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/18)

TMILL
TMILL will pay an interim dividend of Bt0.15/share, payment on November 23. It is preparing next year’s business plan to present to the board at the end of December.
