BCPG completed a 400MW wind power plant deal in Philippines. It expects this to contribute revenue in 2Q17. It plans to ask board approval to invest in a 183MW geothermal power plant with budget of Bt12bn. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

BIZ
BIZ setting radiation centers with backlog of Bt350mn. It expects revenue to peak in 3Q17-4Q17. It posted 1Q17 net profit of Bt4.12mn. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

BSM expects 2017 performance to turn around after D&W contributed net profit. It targets 2017 revenue of Bt636mn (20% growth). CPN targets 2017 revenue to be a record high with 20-25% growth on the back of transfers of three condos and a full year of revenue recognition from new malls. It plans to launch three condos valued at Bt3bn this year. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

DTC
DTC reported 1Q17 net profit of Bt124mn, backed by the strong Dusit Thani brand. It continues its three-stage plan. The first phase covers three years (2016-2018) and will create a strong base with an eye to supporting future investment. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

EA
EA expects 2017 net profit to mark a record high of Bt4.64bn, up 43% due to its power and biodiesel businesses. It expects the 90MW Haad Ganghan wind power plant to start up in June. This will increase total capacity to 404MW. It expects 2Q17 performance to be good on seasonality. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

ETE
ETE announced a 1Q17 bottom line of Bt17.29mn, underwritten by cooperative solar farms and engineering projects. It continues to take part in new projects in order to boost its backlog. It plans to take part in phase 2 of the cooperative solar farms. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

JSP
JSP expects 2Q17 performance to be good with backlog of Bt4bn, of which Bt3bn is expected to be booked this year. It plans to launch six projects with total value of Bt4bn. Its 1Q17 net profit dropped by 16.43% to Bt48.09mn. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

KTC
KTC expects 2017 earnings growth to reach 10% brought by personal loan growth though credit card spending may be lower than targeted. It expects to control NPLs to not over 1.7% this year . (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)
Comment: It hasn’t been revenue growth that has increased the value of this company, its been operational improvement.

SAMCO
SAMCO expects 2Q17 performance to recover brought by booking Bt250mn work on hand with Bt950mn backlog ready to sell (both condo and low rise). It expects 3Q17-4Q17 performance to be good. It plans to launch three projects valued at Bt2.3bn on which construction will be completed in 4Q17. It is studying investment in a community mall. It is budgeting Bt1bn to buy land. SIRI
SIRI posted 1Q17 net profit of Bt512mn with 40% presales growth. It expects more transfers of 98 Wireless cnodo as well as low rise projects which contribute high margin. It expects to open presales for The B ase Phetkasem and SDH Burasiri Watcharaphol (value of Bt5.15bn) in 2Q17. (Thun Hoon, 18/05/17)

TASCO
TASCO expects robust performance in 2017 with asphalt sales of 2.6mn tons on higher demand plus higher selling price. It expects 2Q17 performance to be better than 1Q17 supported by exports. It plans to introduce a new business in 3Q17. (Kao Hoon, 18 /05/17)

TSTH
TSTH reported FY17 sales growth of 10% from last year’s 1.26mn tons brought by numerous orders. It is selling a furnace valued at Bt500mn. It plans to undertake a business restructure, with completion in 12 months. (T hun Hoon, 18/05/17)

UAC
UAC expects 2Q17 earnings to continue to grow after the Ministry of Energy revised the proportion of biodiesel in B7. It expects 2017 revenue to reach Bt1.8bn. It plans to take part in a cooperative solar farm. It targets 2020 revenue to hit Bt3bn. (Kao Hoon, 18/05/17)

UNIQ

XO expects 2017 revenue growth of 5% from last year. It reported 1Q17 revenue of Bt255mn, up 15% even though a technical hitch meant the new plant was unable to operate full out.
