CI plans to take over hotels at home and overseas; it expects this to be finalized next year. It plans to launch three new projects, valued at Bt5bn, which will raise its backlog to Bt3bn. 4Q15 net profit is expected to be a record high from seasonality and transfers that were spurred by property incentives. Comment: First they cleaned their balance sheet, then a share buyback and now M&A deals, not a bad move by this family.

CSL
CSL expects to show a net profit this year after achieving Bt248mn in net profit for first nine months. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 1-3%, close to last year’s, affected by a poor performance by its yellow pages and mobile contents businesses. DCC
DCC is talking to prospective partners in Laos and Cambodia to expand its market in AEC. It expects to made a decision at the beginning of 2016. It plans to open more branches in Myanmar. It expects 4Q15 earnings to be good backed by large orders and new clients. It plans to launch a marketing campaign to boost its sales at the end of this year. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

DEMCO
DEMCO expects to book loss from opportunity cost from Huaybong 2-3 for the next six months. It reported 3Q15 net loss of Bt160mn because of expense for Huaybong 2-3. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)
Comment: Their saving grace is that they have WEH’s IPO next year and they are still part of an industry that will continue to exhibit growth for the next decade.

DELTA
DELTA expects a lot of orders in 4Q15. It says there is no impact from terrorism in France. It plans to boost sales of Data Center products, which will raise its gross profit margin from 13.5%. Its investment plan in India is in process with support from BOI in India. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

JSP
JSP expects 4Q15 earnings to be good after it reported 3Q15 net profit of Bt149.21mn (+120.23%). It expects 2015 revenue of Bt4bn backed by Bt4.67bn backlog, of which Bt1bn is expected to be booked in 4Q15. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)
Comment: If you want a property company that is focused on the provincial markets then perhaps JSP is your best option

KTIS
KTIS expects 2016 performance to be better than 2015 because of higher sugar price, two power plants that are ready to start up and a JV project with a Japanese partner. It expects 2015 revenue and net profit to be close to last year’s. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)

LOXLEY
LOXLEY plans to take part in bidding for 4-5 projects valued at Bt20bn, of which it expects to be awarded 50%. It expects to get at least 20MW from 800MW in solar farms in military camps. It plans to cooperate with a Chinese company to invest in electric buses. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

Comment: Wait, they just IPO’ed and now they are already doing a stock split?!

OTO
OTO expects to conclude an M&A deal this week. It expects this to broaden its customer base but is still looking for other partners. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 20%. POLAR

PTTGC
PTTGC expects 2015 net profit to grow significantly aided by stock gain. 2016 net profit is expected to be good on the back of higher oil price, averaging over US$50/bbl. SIAM
SIAM reported 1QFY15 net profit growth of 500% after a net loss for the past three years. This profit was brought by higher sales and cost control. It plans to invest in new product lines. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

SPORT
SPORT expects 2015 performance to turn around after it restructures with a greater focus on digital TV and events and less focus on its printing business. It plans to wipe out retained losses of Bt123.73 and pay a dividend next year. It plans to list a subsidiary in 3Q16. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

TK
TK targets 2016 leasing growth of 5% backed by government stimulus measures and high demand for motorcycles expected to be over 1.7mn motorcycles. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)

UAC
UAC reported 9M15 net profit of Bt47mn backed by its power business. It expects 2015 revenue of Bt1.5bn. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)
Comment: Their power business and holdings haven’t resulted in quite the positive results just yet, but I still wouldn’t be surprised to see them list the power and investment building in the next few years.

WICE
WICE expects 4Q15 earnings to be good backed by sea freight to Philippines, valued at Bt50mn, which will contribute revenue from 4Q15 to 4Q16. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 5- 10% from last year. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)
