AMATA
AMATA believes it will reach its land sales target of 1000 rai. It is now negotiating with Chinese, Japanese, European, and US customers to buy 100 rai of land. The company says 2017 revenue will be higher than Bt4.7bn. ( Thun Hoon, 18/7/17)
Comment: The share price had risen on the news of the EEC, a wonderful project, that won’t add to AMATA’s numbers for many many years. 
BCP
BCP to speed up the lithium mine project. It is having subsidiary BCPI buy 50mn shares in LAC, which will give it a shareholding of 16.1%. (Khao Hoon, 18/7/17)
BEAUTY
BEAUTY targets 2017 revenue growth of 20%, driven by higher customer base. It is now studying expansion abroad to boost revenue. (Thun Hoon, 18/7/17)
DEMCO
DEMCO said DEMCO de Lao has finished the water pipeline for a state company in Laos. The project can produce 14,400 cu.m. per day. It will start recording revenue in 3Q17. The revenue from this project water sales is expected to be Bt40mn/year. (Khao Hoon, 18/7/17)
Comment: Just a continuation of what they had said in the past, the issue still remains regarding the timeline of fixing the foundations WEH turbines.
EARTH
EARTH has now obtained a special auditor following the SEC order. (Bangkok Biz, 18/7/17)
Comment: Having seen the process @ LVT, first earth will have to go through a special audit, which is then submitted to the SEC, if no issues and all financials are up to date then the stock can be traded again, if not then it could be suspended for a long time and eventually delisted. 
MTLS
MTLS is doing roadshows abroad. It expects to benefit from the BoT’s restrictions on credit cards. (Thun Hoon, 18/7/17)
Comment: The restrictions came out less stringent than expected. But regardless, if format credit is harder for people to come by then these asset backed firms such as MTLS, S11, GL, SAWAD, will benefit.
PF
PF sold 65% of Dara Harbour shares to CPN. It will gain around Bt291mn from this transaction. The funds will help boost liquidity and will be used to invest and develop current and future projects. (Khao Hoon, 18/7/17)
Comment: I’m still of the viewpoint that PF will have to keep selling more and more assets, liquidity is a huge issue for this company.
POLAR
SET ordered POLAR to submit a summary of the shareholders’ meeting by July 19. (Bangkok Biz, 18/7/17)
SAMCO
SAMCO to benefit from opening Taopoon-Bangsue segment in August. This will boost presales for its condo. It targets 2017 revenue growth of 10%YoY. It plans to launch new projects worth Bt2.2bn to boost backlog. (Thun Hoon, 18/7/17)
SINGER
SINGER expects a good 2H17 performance after restructuring its loan portfolio. It expects NPLs to decrease to 7% from 23% in 1Q17. It is certain that 2017 sales will show 30% growth as targeted. (Thun Hoon, 18/7/17)
SIRI
SIRI to launch 16 projects worth Bt39bn, boosting presales to Bt36bn. The 1H17 presales are now at Bt15bn, or 20% growth. It believes 2017 revenue will reach Bt34bn. (Khao Hoon, 18/7/17)
TMB
TMB posted 2Q17 earnings of Bt2.32bn. Its 1H17 loan portfolio grew 3.9%. The coverage ratio is 140%. The extension of the contract with FWD to sell its products through the bank will be recorded as revenue and give extra gains of Bt20bn in 3Q17. (Khao Hoon, 18/7/17)
Comment: If you go through the #’s then you’ll see this isn’t sustainable profit numbers because of the extra gains recognised from the deal with FWD. Regardless TMB has transformed itself into a decent tier commercial bank in Thailand.
