AOT

AOT grew in all ways. It reported that flights rose to 226k flight in 1Q19FY and passengers rose to 35mn, boosting earnings to Bt6.5bn in 1Q19FY. (Kao Hoon, 28/1/19)

Comment: And so it still continues, people seem to forget that there are some 1.5 bn people in China and ~7% have a passport. Just a +1% increase in this annually..plus the usual thought process and you’ll see that AOT and every other airport co in the region should continue to be fine.

COM7

COM7 expects 4Q18 performance to be the year’s peak and expects revenue to beat its target growth of 20%. It also expects revenue growth of no less than 10% this year as it will book revenue from “KingKongPhone”. (Kao Hoon, 28/1/19)

COMAN

COMAN targets B2C customers with a branding plan this year. It targets revenue growth of 20% in all businesses and expects profit margin to return to 20% this year. This year it will book revenue from a company it acquired. (Thun Hoon, 28/1/19)

Comment: I believe its trading at 1x Cash.

EA

EA started commercial operations of the 90MW Hanuman wind farm and will book revenue immediately, bringing total electricity production capacity to 494MW. The Hanuman wind farm will ramp up gradually to reach 260MW within 1Q19. (Kao Hoon, 28/1/19)

Comment: Continuation of the usual growth story, I still have a huge question mark over this battery company it’s purchased.

ROJNA

ROJNA targets land sales of 400-500 rai this year as it has many Chinese customers contracting to purchase land. It has accumulated land in EEC of 2,000 rai and plans to sell it within the next 4-5 years. It expects recurring income to gradually increase with support of Thailand’s election. SYNEX

SYNEX expects 4Q18 performance to be good, supported by high season, and it expects revenue to beat its target of Bt37.5bn in 2018. As for 2019, it expects revenue growth of 10-15% with the planned launch of 4-5 products. (Kao Hoon, 28/1/19)

THAI

THAI expects the write-off of 16 old airplanes valued at Bt4bn to be completed soon. It is negotiating with PTT group to manage its oil price risk. As for the purchase of new 38 airplanes, it is waiting for approval as per procedure. (Thun Hoon, 28/1/19)

TVD

TVD plans to add 10-20 retail stores, distributing nationwide especially in secondary provinces. This is expected to bring sales to reach Bt5bn this year. It believes an increase in consumer purchasing power will boost its sales. (Thun Hoon, 28/1/19)
