BDMS
BDMS share price fell by 8.47% with trade volume of Bt7.8bn, with one big-lot deal valued at more than Bt1bn after top executives were accused by the SEC of stock manipulation. Those accused have already resigned to prove their innocence and prepare to fight the case. The Association of Investment Management Companies (AIMC) will wait to see what happens. The Government Pension Fund says it may place the stock on the blacklist. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)

CAZ
CAZ will trade on mai today. Management says the company has good earnings growth every year. Backlog is Bt2.8bn, which will be booked as revenue through 2020. It expects to receive more jobs from PTT group. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)

CPN
CPN cooperating with partners to spend Bt200mn on a promotional campaign titled “Spend, honor, eat, travel all in one place” for the Chinese New Year festival at 32 Central Department Stores. The campaign will start on Jan 25 and run to Feb 28, and CPN hopes this will boost traffic by 20%. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)

META
META expects earnings to increase, supported by construction jobs both at home and abroad. Management expects to book revenue from the 50MW Minbu power plant this year. Management is negotiating with a large Japanese company to invest in a biomass power plant; the decision will be made within 2Q-3Q19. It expects earnings to grow after passing nadir in 2017. NER
NER targets rubber sales of Bt15bn with sales volume of 260k tons this year. It is negotiating with three Chinese customers to increase orders by 15k tons/year. It has invited three European auto tire manufacturers to inspect its factory standards, hoping to enter the European market. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)

ROBINS
Robinson competes to provide two promotional campaigns: “Robinson Chinese New Year 2019” and “Robinson lifestyle luck & love of Chinese New Year 2019”. It expects traffic to increase by 15% and sales to reach its target. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)

RP
RP sets capex to purchase ferry boats and extend Don Sak port. It plans to joint with tour operators on the Bangkok-Pa Khan island route and it plans to add late night boat trips to handle travelers who rent charter planes. It targets revenue growth of 10% this year via online ticket sales and integrated digital service. (Thun Hoon, 22/1/19)

SIRI
SIRI has backlog of Bt64bn, of which Bt17bn will be booked as revenue this year. It is rushing to sell inventory in 1Q19 via a promotion of “Now or Never”. It is cooperating with Government Savings Bank to provide “Home for Life” to encourage presales at the beginning of the year. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)
Comment: This is the one property developer I worry about as well as property perfect.

SPCG
SPCG is negotiating to invest in 4-5 solar farm projects in Japan with electricity production capacity of 20-30MW/project. It plans to hold 20% of each project. The projects will begin to set up in 2Q-3Q19. It targets revenue growth of 10% this year and 2018 performance will be better than 2017. (Kao Hoon, 22/1/19)
