CI expects 4Q16 to be outstanding due to booking revenue from the sale of assets and high season. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target of Bt3bn, supported by booking revenue from more projects and launching a new project worth Bt2.91bn. This will increase its backlog from more than Bt2bn. LPH has switched to long-term lease of Decha Hospital from an outright purchase. The lease will extend 20 years and a decision is expected this month. It expects 3Q16 revenue growth of 10%, giving 2016 revenue growth of 10-15%. It plans to buy two hospitals. (Kao Hoon , 16/09/16)
NYT
NYT is negotiating with a foreign partner to do a port in Indonesia to support auto production and plans to add a warehouse on 80 rai to generate income. SAWAD
SAWAD is confident that 2016 revenue will grow 20-30%, backed by a rise in its loan portfolio to Bt18bn. It expects to control NPLs to keep them from going over 3.5% from 3.2-3.3%. It has budgeted Bt120mn to expand to 200 branches and targets loans in Myanmar of Bt500mn. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
SGP
SGP expects to book profit from a 230MW combined heat power plant in Myanmar in 3Q16. It plans to expand Phase 3 and targets gas sales to increase 7,000-8,000 tons per month by the end of 2016. It plans to expand to Bangladesh, with a decision this year. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
SIRI
SIRI reports low-rise transfers of more than Bt8bn in 8M16 and is confident that transfers for the full year will reach its target of Bt14bn. Backlog is over Bt3bn and it plans to launch four new projects worth Bt3.85bn. It has budgeted Bt6bn to acquire land. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)

SPA expects 3Q16 earnings to be good. It plans to add five branches to a total of 31 at the end of 2016. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 40%. (Kao Hoon, 16/09/16)
TAPAC
TAPAC reported 3Q16 profit growth of 359% to Bt31.65mn, as the construction business and property in Sweden pushed revenue up 174% and also because it exerted better cost control. THANI
THANI expects 3Q16 earnings to be good, supported by high season. It expects new loans in 2016 to be no less than Bt15bn, reflecting growth of more than 20% and bringing total loans to over Bt33bn. It expects NPLs to stay under 4%. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
Comment: There has been a lot of talk that THANI will do well 1H17 because of the newed demand for the products that they provide financing for.
 
TICON
TICON expects more growth in 2017 than in 2016 due to expanding abroad. It expects to finish the deal to invest in Vietnam at the end of 2016. It expects to book profit from selling assets to TREIT in 4Q16. (Kao Hoon, 16/09/16)
VIBHA
VIBHA expects 2016 earnings to record a new high with revenue growth of no less than 10%, supported by more clients. It has a two-year plan to build a hospital and a new building, with a budget of around Bt1bn. It bought hospital shares to support future growth. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
Comment: Well we are still wondering when will this company consolidate all of the shares in the hospitals it owns.
