CHEWA targets 2018 revenue at Bt2.4bn, growing by at least 20%. It plans to launch seven projects worth Bt5.915bn and targets to raise revenue proportion from single houses and townhouses to 40%. It says it is interested in developing a big mixed-use project on 100 rai. (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)

EGCO
EGCO is projected to receive extra gain of Bt3bn after it signed a contract to sell all of its stake or 18.72% in EASTW to Manila Water. It expects the transaction will be completed in 1Q18 and plans to use the funds for business expansion . (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)
Comment: Interesting that Manila Water has come into the game here, although this did make EASTW stock drop rather quickly to the transaction price

FORTH
FORTH targets 2018 revenue to grow by 20% from 2017. It currently has backlog of Bt1.4bn, of which Bt1.2-1.3bn will be booked as revenue in 2018. It is going to bid for new projects, worth Bt8bn, of which it expects to win 30%. (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)

FSMART
FSMART is cooperating with three big banks, BBL, SCB and BAY, to expand its customer base for money transfers after total transfer amount grew by 864% in 2017. It targets 2018 revenue to grow by 15-20% from last year and has budgeted Bt500mn to add 20,000 machines. It reported 2017 earnings of Bt592.89, growing by 29.15% and announced a dividend of Bt0.3/share. (Thun Hoon, 20/02/18)
Comment: Was yesterday the last buying opp for this co? Fear is that CPALL could take away a lot of the money transfer business should the banking agent licenses actually work.

GOLD
GOLD believes 2018 revenue will grow by 34% to Bt15.8bn. It currently has backlog of Bt4.533bn and targets presales this year at Bt26.6bn, implying growth of 12%. It plans to launch 34 projects worth Bt39.6bn in 2018. (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)

MGT
MGT targets revenue to reach Bt2bn in 2020. It plans to join the bidding for 3-4 projects, which will be finalized this year and has budgeted Bt200mn for acquiring a business. It reveals it is negotiating with one party, and expects the deal to finalize within 2Q18 . (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)

NOK
NOK targets 2018 earnings to turn around and revenue to grow by Bt3bn from last year. It projects load factor at 92% and is going to open three new routes to India, which it expects to start in June. It also plans to expand its presence in the Chinese market by increasing flight frequencies and numbers of direct flights. (Khao Hoon, 20/02/18)

PTTGC
PTTGC reported 2017 earnings of Bt39.3bn, rising by 53% from last year and announced a dividend of Bt2.5/share. It says it has no plan to close its refinery for maintenance this year and LLDPE and Hexene-1 factory will start commercial operations in 1Q18. (Thun Hoon, 20/02/18)

TOA
TOA targets 2018 revenue to grow by at least 7% from last year. It plans to start operating its factories in Indonesia and Myanmar in mid-year and expects a payback period of 5-7 years. This will raise its production capacity to 95mn gallons from 74mn gallons now. It targets 2018 EBITDA at 18.5% and average gross margin at 30-35%. (Thun Hoon, 20/02/18)
Comment: Just an amazing business model here. I am curious to see how they perform in the regional countries.
