Comment: Still no idea who the buyer was for the WCIH shares, still rather strange that they would use EFORL to buy WCIH and then have to list WCIH as a separate entity

GUNKUL
GUNKUL and partner plan to invest in a 60MW biomass power plant. It plans to expand solar farms both at home and abroad. It is looking to buy a construction company to increase its opportunity to get projects for electric wire. TUF has introduced a six-month price guarantee scheme for shrimp farmer and expects to buy Bt1.5bn worth of the crustacean. UV expects 2015 revenue of Bt13.5bn (+48%) on the back of Bt1bn in transfers for six condominiums. UV reported 1H15 revenue of Bt6bn with a Bt308mn net profit. (Thun Hoon, 17/09/15)
Comment: They’ve downgraded their estimates for this year and next year, but we think the REIT will go ahead next year.
WHA
WHA expects to sell warehouse space of 200K sqm. It expects to set up a Bt2bn REIT fund in 4Q15. It plans to increase capital by Bt4.5bn in WHART. It is talking to a prospective partner to bid for a government data center project. (Khao Hoon, 17/09/15)
