DTAC reports 3Q17 net profit of Bt601mn, decreasing 8.8% with 9M17 net profit of Bt1.5782bn decreasing by 23.50%. However, it reports strong EBITDA margin of 41% as a result of adapting a digital platform to its main business. (Khao Hoon, 19/10/17)
Comment: EBITDA seems to be the way people are valuing DTAC, hence the strong performance this year in the share price. But to me there are still fears of a continued loss of market share…
ITEL
ITEL targets 2021 net profit margin of 20% from 2016’s 9%, driven by data network and data center businesses. It also plans to increase the proportion of recurring revenue to 80-85% from the current 70% within five years. It believes 2017 revenue will reach Bt1bn. (Khao Hoon, 19/10/17)
PRIN
PRIN says 4Q17 earnings will have the highest growth in 2017 thanks to high season and the increase in the transfer of condominiums and SDH. It reports 9M17 presales of Bt2.2bn and targets 2017 revenue to grow by 5.35%, reaching Bt3.2bn. (Khao Hoon, 19/10/17)
PTG
PTG has budgeted Bt1-1.5bn for new business investments in 2018. It is currently negotiating with 2-3 partners and expects to finalize the plans within this year or early 2018. It targets a minimum double-digit IRR for these projects. It plans to strengthen its non-oil business in order to increase the proportion of revenue of non-oil business to 60% in 2022. It also says that the Palm Complex project will contribute profit of Bt240mn per year, starting from 1Q18. (Thun Hoon, 19/10/17)
Comment: Still a compounding machine
RICHY
RICHY believes 2017 revenue will be at least Bt1bn as targeted after the presales from 37th House and Condo Expo reached Bt200mn. It also has gotten a good response to The Rich Sathorn-Thaksin Condominium and plans to continue its strategy that focuses on good location and close to BTS stations. (Thun Hoon, 19/10/17)
SIRI
SIRI collaborating with its Chinese partner “Luen Thai” to expand its real estate market to important cities in China, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. It plans to launch office buildings and expects presales from China to reach Bt3.5bn this year, which will increase the portion of revenue from overseas to Bt9bn this year. It also targets revenue proportion from overseas to reach Bt12bn in 2018. (Thun Hoon, 19/10/17)

SKN
SKN says 2H17 revenue will be better than 1H17’s revenue of Bt742.52mn from an increase in orders and baht depreciation. It is processing the installation of a new machine that will double its production capacity and increase revenue in the long term. (Thun Hoon, 19/10/17)
TCAP
TCAP reports 3Q17 net profit of Bt1.7bn, growing by 19.04%, and 9M17 net profit growth of 17.28% as a result of an increase in interest income and fees. It also reports NPLs decreasing to 2.21%. (Khao Hoon, 19/10/17)
Comment: Quite the impressive performance from TCAP. Think that’s the best out of all the banks in the sector. 
TPIPP
TPIPP is adding six new waste separation and waste fuel production plants that will increase its waste separation capacity to 2800-3000 tons per day and its RDF fuel production capacity to 1400 tons per day, supporting new power plant projects (Khao Hoon, 19/10/17)
