SIRI plans to launch seven projects valued at Bt13.2bn in 2Q16. It expects presales to reach Bt7-8bn. Its 1Q16 presales reached Bt5bn aided by an event and government stimulus measures which raised its backlog to Bt34bn. (Thun Hoon, 19/04/16)
