So we are in the last two months of the year. Every year for the longest time I always remember brokers calling for the year end rally with LTF & RMF buying as a major source of funds coming into the market but if you look at the 4Q performance of 2013, 2014, and 2015, it hasn’t quite been the case. I wonder what holds for 2016….
