BKD is engaging in the real estate business in Myanmar after signing a three-year contract to do the interior decoration in Loi Kham Residential Community valued at Bt3bn. It will book Bt1bn in each of the three years, which will expand 2019 earnings by 20%. It targets revenue growth of 10% this year. It is waiting for the outcome of a bid for a Bt500mn project. COLOR expects 2H18 to grow after it revised its distribution policy and raised production capacity. It plans to expand both at home and abroad, especially in Myanmar and the US. It expects revenue growth of 10-15% this year which is higher than the industry average. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
DTAC
DTAC is facing problems after the NBTC did not approve a grace period for its 850MHz clients yet. The NBTC is considering revising the 900MHz auction conditions this year. DTAC’s management says it is hoping for some progress on Sep 12 ahead of the Sept 15 service stoppage. (Thun Hoon, 6/9/18)

ECF expects to see growth in the furniture business. It plans to launch a new brand this month. It expects domestic contribution to increase to 50% (from 45%) of its total revenue. K expects 3Q18 results to be better on continued recovery. Management says 4Q18 earnings will be better than 3Q18. LHK
LHK targets FY2018 revenue growth of 5-10% from last year’s revenue of Bt3.41bn in tandem with automotive industry growth. NVD is working with Daiwa House Group to develop a high-end single house project “Nirvana Beyond” worth Bt2.6bn. It plans to develop 11 property projects with total value of Bt33bn through five years on 250 rai along Krung Thep Kritha Road. It targets revenue growth of 20-30% this year. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
Comment: A drive around Krungthep Kritha over the weekend does show that the area seems to be the new hotspot for middle to upper class families to buy homes
NWR
NWR expects 3Q18 earnings to be a record high as it will book an extra gain of Bt289mn from compensation of Klongdan lawsuit. Earnings are expected to turn around this year and it expects revenue growth of 5-10%. Backlog is Bt10.2bn. It is bidding for projects with total value of Bt39.91bn and it expects to win 15-20% of these. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
SIAM
SIAM is partnering with Idemitsu Kosan and TTCL to set up a JV to produce and export biomass briquettes. The biomass briquettes are produced from wood pellets and it expects to export these to Japan in October. It expects the new product to raise revenue. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
SSP
SSP expects to add 5MW from the startup of a solar farm in Government Complex from the current 85MW this year. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
TPLAS
TPLAS share price rose 60.81% on the first trading day. Its MD expects 2H18 results to be better supported by increasing plastic bag demand. It expects revenue growth of 7% this year and plans to enter neighboring markets. (Kao Hoon, 6/9/18)
