Rumors that King Power has completed the deal to buy AAV stock from Tassapon group for Bt4.15/share, which is double book value. They are not buying over 25% to avoid a tender offer. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)

BBL
Regulator to sue BBL for payment — The broadcasting regulator will sue Bangkok Bank (BBL), the guarantor of cash-strapped Thai TV Co, after the bank failed to show up and pay 1.78 billion baht on behalf of the digital TV operator on April 18. (Bangkok Post, 25/4/16)
Comment: Then in theory JAS should be sued as well. This lawsuit could take decades to be sorted out.
CHO
CHO board approved a dividend of Bt0.0308/share. This will be both cash (Bt0.0058/share) and stock (10 old shares to 1 dividend). It plans to change its company name. It targets 2016 revenue growth of no less than 5-10% from last year. It has backlog of Bt650mn. (Thun Hoon, 25/04/16)
CPF
CPF targets average sales growth of 10% for the next five years. It expects sales to reach Bt700-800bn in 2020. It plans to expand its debenture to Bt100bn from Bt80bn. It plans to acquire a business in Brazil. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)
Comment: That would be quite the achievement, growing revenues by 40% over 4 years for such a large co, several acquisitions would have to happen
DTAC
DTAC will not bid for 900 MHz. It reported net profit in 1Q16 of Bt1.3bn, down 45% due to fall in EBITDA, higher depreciation and costs. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)

EARTH
EARTH plans to set up a 100MW coal power plant in Indonesia and expects to make a decision this year. It expects to finish the deal for a solar farm in Europe by 4Q16. It confirms 2016 revenue will reach 11 million tons to meet the greater demand. (Thun Hoon, 25/04/16)
PLANB
PLANB is getting a big job, the right to handle sponsors for FA Thailand and Thai Premier League for four years. This will generate revenue of Bt3bn and PLANB will get 15% of total revenue. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)
SCC
SCC expects to report earnings on April 27. Brokers expect profit of over Bt11.7bn supported by the chemical business. It expects government projects will increase cement and construction materials in 2H16. (Thun Hoon, 25/04/16)
SENA
SENA expects net profit in 1Q16 of Bt143mn, growth of 90% thanks to a 71% jump in revenue to Bt858mn. It will realize Bt13mn in profit from its solar farm. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)
Comment: Compared to other co’s in the property sector this one has performed incredibly well. So maybe every property company should now expand to solar?
TACC
TACC is confident that revenue will grow 15% after it increased the number of coffee shops. The board approved a dividend of Bt0.04/share, XD on April 29 and payment on May 19. (Kao Hoon, 25/04/16)
TFG
TFG reports revenue of Bt350mn from selling chicken sausage. It plans to open a chicken sausage factory in Prachinburi. It plans to open 35 new branches. It expects to expand its business to AEC and expects revenue to reach Bt1bn in 2018. (Thun Hoon, 25/04/16)
Comment: I’ve been hearing news about a potential turnaround in this name for most of this year. Let’s see how their 1Q #’s come out
