CPALL execs deny knowledge of MAKRO deal. The top executive of SET-listed CP All Plc who has been fined more than 30 million baht for insider trading has denied he had any knowledge the company was interested in acquiring Siam Makro Plc when he bought its shares. (Khao Hoon, 4/12/15)

JMART plans to aggressively open more branches next year focusing on big cities in each region. It expects to see revenue grow more than 15% next year. It plans to expand into Myanmar once that country’s election is over and the new government is in place . (Thun Hoon, 4/12/15)

KTB expects to see a recovery in loan growth. It plans to gain revenue from government mega projects and SME economic stimulus. It expects to control NPLs to be less than 1.7%. (Thun Hoon, 4/12/15)
SIRI
SIRI expects to pay a dividend of over 7%. It plans to see 2016 revenue grow at 30-40%. It also plans to open more projects. It currently has backlog worth Bt23bn . (Thun Hoon, 4/12/15)

TKN
TKN closes at 43.75% above IPO price with volume of Bt3.8bn. It expects to see 2016 revenue grow 10% and reach revenue of Bt5bn in 2019. (Khao Hoon, 4/12/15)
TSE
TSE is expanding its solar cell business in Japan. It just signed a contract to add 17MW to solar farms to bring total production to 42MW. (Thun Hoon, 4/12/15)
