ARROW expects 2Q15 earnings to be close to 1Q15’s Bt62.16mn. It is confident 2015 revenue will reach Bt1.2bn, backed by numerous orders. CM
CM expects 2015 net profit to be good, aided by the baht depreciation. It expects to book extra gain from exchange rate as exports comprise 90% of total revenue. INET plans to open a data center and cloud computing in local areas with a budget of Bt500mn. It plans to do a capital increase via rights and/or PP. This will be finalized soon. 2Q15 earnings are expected to be good on increasing demand for data center. ITD expects to sign a contract to set up a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) on Aug 5. It expects to get a portion of the Bt62bn Suvarnabhumi airport phase 2 and is ready for upcoming government bids in 2H15. Potash mining is expected to be finalized in 3Q15. (Khao Hoon, 04/08/15)

KKP
KKP expects 2015 loans to be on par with 2014’s although loans contracted in the first half of the year on the a slowdown in car leasing. It expects to control NPLs to 6% over the remainder of the year. It plans to open new branches to serve high net worth clients. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/15)

QLT
QLT is talking to a prospective partner to invest in a new business. This is expected to be cleared this year. It is confident 2015 revenue will achieve its 5% growth target although 2Q15 earnings may drop slightly. It targets net margin of over 20%. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/15)

RS
RS says it has no plan to do business with King Power, which recently acquired a 9% stake in RS. It says its organizational chart and major shareholders are unchanged. (Post Today, 04/08/15)

SENA
SENA expects 2015 presales of Bt4.5bn with Bt3bn of sales. It plans to launch five new projects. The selling point for these will be solar cells, worth Bt5bn, over the rest of the year. It is looking for a business partner and expects to increase capital via rights and/or PP. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/15)

TAE
TAE plans to acquire a 200,000 litre ethanol plant. This purchase is expected to be concluded in 4Q15. It targets 2015 revenue of Bt2.5bn (10% growth) supported by high demand. It plans to expand abroad, first into the Philippines. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/15)

TKS expects to revise down its 2015 revenue target affected by prolonged economic sluggishness. It has received a job from 7-Eleven, printing the stamps for its promotion.     Pon, if you run into your technical tilac, the chartista, could you inquire what she makes of bells, whistles, IED’s, tactical nuclear devices, et al, positively exploding–my cheapo speakers blew out a week ago–as RSI, Relative Strength Index, oversold triggers get pulled. I noticed this purely by accident, my finger slipped. Couldn’t help but notice some interesting readings–under 20 in lieu of the nominal oversold threshold of 30–for shares of companies that are not bankrupt. Yet. Inter alia, see DTAC, ADVANC and SET itself. Strange numbers, up or down.

    • Good question, I have no idea, their revenue’s have grown consistently over the past 6 years from 500 to ~700 mn from ’10 to ’15, but profitability hasn’t.
      1) most likely some rumours and/or punters having a good time.
