ECF says its subsidiary and Can Do (Japanese company) plan to invest in retail business. It plans to open the first three branches in December and targets 100 branches within five years. GPSC

MACO is talking to a prospective partner in AEC which it expects to conclude in 2016. It expects a JV with a Malaysian company to contribute revenue of Bt30-40mn/year at the beginning of next year. SAT
SAT targets revenue from agricultural machine parts to comprise of 30% within 3-5 years (20% agricultural machine and 80% auto parts). It expects this strategy to reduce risk from automotive business. It began to produce this product six years ago and expects demand to increase in tandem with demand for agricultural machines. SPA
SPA expects 4Q15 earnings to mark a record high on seasonality. It expects tourists to hit 30mn this year. It plans to open its 21st branch at Street Ratchada on Dec 15. (Khao Hoon, 11/12/15)

STA expects 4Q15 sales to be better as this is when rubber buyers stock up. It expects 2015 sales to be higher than 1mn tons. It plans to implement cost control which is expected to reduce impact from lower rubber price. It expects gross margin of 5-7% this year. (Thun Hoon, 11/12/15)

TASCO
TASCO expects demand in asphalt to increase by 25% to 2.7 mn ton in 2016 from 2.2-2.3 mn tons this year. It says asphalt demand is growing steadily, especially in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and Vietnam. (Post Today, 10/12/15)

THAI
The European Aviation Safety Agency spared Thai-registered airlines from flying European skies, saying instead it will closely monitor and assist the country in upgrading its airsafety standards. (Bangkok Post, 10/12/15)

TSE
TSE shares are attractive, trading below fundamental value. It has solar farm and biomass power plants and plans to take over Japanese power plants which are expected to increase its net profit. It signed an MoU with a lumber company, who will supply enough waste for three 8MW biomass plants lasting 25 years.
