Comment: Markets and financial figures are telling a different story. The issue in the retail market is that they are charging companies to list products fees that are 10x higher than a decade ago, and so you’re seeing higher costs towards the consumer, and consumer product firms are not going to list new products. Plus in Thailand you only really have 4 players to list items, The Mall Group, Central Group, BJC (i.e. charoen) and 7-11. Not the best environment for growth.

Comment: Another cap raise by a company within this group

Comment: And this just points towards 1) lower income from banks 2) lower GDP growth

    • If you think they can maintain profits of THB 400 mn for the next 3 years and still have a decent backlog, then its fairish. Should profits/backlog waiver in either way then well…
