CPF is acquiring 16.54% in Ningxia Xiao Ming, a producer and distributor of chickens in China, for Bt753mn. It expects the deal to be done in 2016. This follows on the heels of an acquisition in the U.S. (Thun Hoon, 02/12/16)

HTECH is budgeting Bt190mn to invest in plant, office, and machines. It expects the new plant to complete in 4Q17. It expects this to handle high-end products, raising sales by 20-25%. (Kao Hoon, 02/12/16)
KWG
KWG plans to launch new projects around the MRT Yellow, Green, and Grey lines. It says two SDH premium projects, valued at Bt4-5bn, have already sold out and this will support its 4Q16 performance. It bought 51% of NVV shares, which it will use to handle new projects. (Thun Hoon, 02/12/16)
LIT
LIT loans Bt67mn to an SME client in radio communication, with a duration of four years. It expects this to boost its 4Q16 performance. (Thun Hoon, 02/12/16)
SENA
SENA expects 2017 revenue to grow 20%. It plans to launch ten new projects valued at Bt3.2bn. Its backlog is Bt2.7bn with Bt6.7bn in projects ready for sale. It sees a positive outlook for the property sector on better sentiment with lighter household debt. It is budgeting Bt1bn for projects in 2018-2019. (Thun Hoon, 02/12/16)

TSR
TSR plans to expand its business to personal loans after getting a license for personal loans. It expects this to push up its performance because it has 400,000 clients. (Thun Hoon, 02/12/16)
