BA expects 2016 performance to be good. It expects 3Q16-4Q16 to benefit from the high tourism season as well as lower oil price. It expects cabin factor to be above 70.7%. It plans to open a new route (Samui – Guangzhou) in December and increase the number of flights on the BKK-Chengdu rout to daily in December. It expects to benefit from new aircraft. BBL expects 2016 loan growth to reach 3% as targeted, though NPLs continue to increase because of the economic slowdown. It does not expect 4Q16 to be good because of poor consumer confidence. It expects this to impact hotels and tourism. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)

BSM expects to get a job in Papua New Guinea worth Bt100mn soon. It expects 2017 revenue growth of 20%. It has budgeted Bt10mn to do ready-made walls, for which margin and demand are high. It plans to expand abroad. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
DRT
DRT expects 3Q16 net profit to recover to Bt76mn, up 13%. It expects this to increase 2016 net profit to Bt367mn upon recovery in sales both at home and abroad. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)
EE
EE expects 240MW SSUT power plant to commence operations in November. EE has a 25% stake in the SSUT power plant and hopes to reach 40%. It expects to wipe out retained earnings losses by equity income from SSUT power plant. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
FN
FN will conduct a roadshow before its IPO of 250mn shares. It expects to trade on the SET in November. It will use the funds to open four new branches and renovate existing branches to support growth in the future. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
Comment: This could be a decent IPO if you can get a hold of the shares. I’d expect the story to be the same, expansion, REIT etc etc
 
TFD
TFD and Apichai Taechaubol bought 10.22% in HOTPOT via a big lot-sale. This will make them the third largest shareholder. It plans to expand food business in AEC next year which will add to revenue. It plans to three Hot Pot restaurants and three other brands under partners. (Krungthepdhurakij, 20/10/16)

NWR
NWR got a Bt900mn project constructing a bridge and a SPP. This brought its total 2016 awarded projects to Bt8.5bn. It plans to take part in a Bt5-6bn motorway and Thepa coal power plants. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
QLT
QLT is budgeting Bt40-50mn to expand its product line. It expects this to contribute 50% of total revenue. It expects 2016 revenue to be 10% lower than last year because of delays in projects and lower price of oil and gas. Its backlog is Bt300mn. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
SCI
SCI expects to show net profit in 3Q16 because of revenue contribution from its project in Laos. It expects to sign contracts for two projects with a total value of Bt13bn this year. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)

SCN
SCN is budgeting Bt125.5mn to acquire an NGV service station. It believes this will raise its sales to 60,000kg/day and contribute Bt250mn/year in revenue. It now has reached its target of ten service stations. It is continuing to acquire more businesses. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
SEAFCO
SEAFCO got three projects, valued at Bt175mn. It expects to get more projects over the remainder of this year. It took part in Bt3.6bn bids. Its backlog increased more than Bt1.4bn. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
SKR
SKR’s board approved the takeover of Sikarin Hatyai hospital. It will use this to focus on the south of Thailand and visitors from Malaysia and Indonesia. It approved a capital increase of 6mn shares to existing shareholders, which it expects to give it Bt150mn. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)
SPA
SPA expects spa products to comprise 10% of total revenue. It plans to open five more branches. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 40% as targeted. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
TMT
TMT expects 3Q16 net profit of Bt148.78mn, up 80%, aided by steel sales of 170,000mn tons after it gained higher market share. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)
PS
PS will issue and offer for sale its new securities together with a tender offer for shares of Pruksa Real Estate at a ratio 1 share of PS for 1 new share of Pruksa Holding. PS has submitted the application for delisting of shares (F10-7) on May 31, 2016 to the SET. (SET, 18/10/16)
THCOM
THCOM expects 3Q16 net profit to be this year’s lowest. It estimates core profit at Bt359mn because of the loss of clients after CTH terminated its contract for five channels. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)
