RICH
RICH is talking to a prospective Chinese partner to get the job of managing water resources in the central and south region, expected to be concluded in 3Q15. SCC expects 2Q15 net profit of Bt10.23bn (+20%YoY) backed by recovery in cement and construction and material sales. SUSCO
SUSCO plans to expand into ASEAN. It is looking for a partner to open more service stations as demand increases. It expects sales to grow 8-10% this year. A property company is interested in buying 1bn rai of land, which will give it extra gain. (Thun Hoon, 16/07/15)
Comment: I have my doubts on their ability to do this, their balance sheet is far too small. If you want a decent petrol station player, look no further than PTG

TKS
TKS is talking to a prospective Japanese partner to invest in the packaging business. This is expected to be finalized in 3Q15. It expects to finish the acquisition of a packaging firm in 4Q15. 2H15 performance is expected to be better than 1H15 backed by special government projects. (Khao Hoon, 16/07/15)

TMT
TMT expects 2Q15 earnings to be good aided by increasing gross margin from 6-7% in 1Q15 to 8%. Management is confident steel sales growth will be higher than 15%. (Thun Hoon, 16/07/15)

TPOLY
TPOLY expects performance to turn around this year after restructuring its organization. Its backlog is Bt5-6bn and it expects to bid for more. It plans to launch “Greenrich”, worth Bt750mn, soon. (Khao Hoon, 16/07/15)

TRUE expects 2Q15 performance to show a net profit of Bt460mn, up from 2Q14’s net loss of Bt1.74bn, backed by extra gain from sale of assets to TRUEIF. Revenue (excluding IC) grew 17%. (Khao Hoon, 16/07/15)

TTW
TTW expects 2015 revenue to grow 5-10%. It expects to construct a Bt400mn tap water facility in Myanmar in 2016. It is confident it will not be affected by the drought. (Khao Hoon, 16/07/15)
Comment: TTW has been thinking about expanding in Myanmar for the past decade, great to see them able to achieve this.
