EA
EA says its 90MW solar farm at Phitsanulok started up on April 1. This increases its total capacity to 278MW. It expects this to contribute revenue in 2Q16. It plans to invest in a 126MW wind power plant. (Khao Hoon, 04/04/16)

FOCUS expects 2016 net profit to be higher than last year: The launch of the Bt800mn FOCUS Ploenchit condo was successful, with 50% already transferred. It expects 1Q16 earnings to be good. (Thun Hoon, 04/04/16)

HOTPOT expects to benefit from government Songkran measures. It expects this tax incentive to induce customers to dine out. It expects 2Q16 earnings to hit a record high. It says there is no talks with NPP about buying HOTPOT shares. (Thun Hoon, 04/04/16) ]

IRPC
IRPC expects to speed up its refinery improvement and expects this to help 2Q16 revenue. It expects 2016 earnings to be better than 2015’s Bt9.4bn. It is budgeting Bt12bn for investment. It plans to increase its PP capacity by 300,000tons/year, completion in mid-2017. (Thun Hoon, 04/04/16)
IVL
IVL has completed the acquisition of the chemical complex of BP Amono Chemical Company (BP) in Decatur, Alabama. It expects this to support its growth. It expects to finalize the purchase of Cepsa plant in Spain in 2Q16. (Khao Hoon, 04/04/16)
LALIN
LALIN expects 1Q16 sales to rise 20% on the back of property incentives. It plans to launch two new projects (from its target of Bt4bn in eight projects), valued at Bt800-900mn, in 2Q16. It expects its upcountry projects to be included in the “Baan Pracharat” project. It is budgeting to buy land. It targets 2016 revenue to reach Bt2.4bn. (Thun Hoon, 04/04/16)
MINT
MINT set up a new company to operate its restaurant business. It expects 1Q16 earnings to mark a record high on the back of food sales. It revised up 2016 core profit by 6% to Bt5.87bn. (Khao Hoon, 04/04/16)
MTLS
MTLS has the lowest NPLs of peers at 0.9%. It expects 1Q16 earnings to achieve its target because of increasing in clients in the northeast and south. It targets nano-finance of Bt500mn in 2016, three times higher than last year. (ASTV, 04/04/16)
Comment: I still wonder how are they able to maintain their NPL ratios so incredibly low despite their customer base being based upcountry
 
TRUE
TRUE expects CP Group and China Mobile to exercise TSR at Bt7.15/share. It expects to complete its Bt60bn capital increase by July 2016. It expects this to reduce its D/E ratio to 2X. (Khao Hoon, 04/04/16)
Comment: We wouldn’t be surprised to see them continuously trying their best to block the NBTC at each and every turn for the remaining spectrum.
WIN
WIN’s board has approved to sell shares a price of Bt10/share to Procap Investments Limited, representing 49% or 392,000mn shares amounting to Bt3.92mn. It expects this to be completed within 180days. It plans to use this cash as working capital. (Khao Hoon, 04/04/16)
