  1. With regard to Rojana’s JV with the battery company. The actual situation was that the Battery Company were looking for an Industrial Estate Company to JV, providing the land and investing in the factory. What happened was that CP land did a new deal with the EV battery company, providing the land etc on CP Land development. Rojana was already looking at the hemp business before the EV JV and always has a number of other JVs either operational or in development.
