EFORL makes a cash call with 16,108mn shares for PP to Vichai Thongtaeng (taking 22.68%) and four other investors. It will get cash of Bt644mn, which will be used to run its healthcare equipment and beauty business. (Khao Hoon, 10/4/18)

GGC
GGC expects 1Q18 sales to be better YoY, driven by regulations on B7, which has led the private sector to stock biodiesel, boosting demand. Investors are interested in its Nakornsawan Biocomplex. GUNKUL
GUNKUL said it is not affected by the government’s halt to buying electricity from alternative energy sources for five years. It is focused on expanding, especially private PPA for solar rooftop. It targets COD of a wind power plant and solar farm producing more than 180 MW, which will expand revenue growth to higher than 30%. (Khao Hoon, 10/4/18)
M
M says revenue will grow each quarter of the year and says that its 1Q18 same-store sales grew 3.8%YoY thanks to a better economy and recovery of spending power. It targets 7-8% revenue growth with stable net profit margin of above 14.73%. (Thun Hoon, 10/4/18)
Comment: They have successfully created/expanded their own in-house brands such as Yayoi which is driving these sales. 
PTTGC
PTTGC says it is making a petrochemical deal in the US and will provide details of the investment in 4Q18. It plans to revise up 2018 revenue from Bt480bn to accommodate higher oil prices and spread. (Thun Hoon, 10/4/18)

PTT and PTTEP say PTTEP and the Indonesian government have begun negotiating an end of the Montara oil leak case. (Khao Hoon, 10/4/18)
RS
CEO of RS bought back Bt200mn in RS shares. He said he believes in the company’s fundamentals as the beauty and media businesses are on the rise, lifting 2018 revenue to reach Bt5.8bn. (Khao Hoon, 10/4/18)
Comment: This is after Sorat (one of the major shareholders) sold some 15 mn shares
TTCL
TTCL said the Myanmar government has not given it notice of cancellation after news about cancellation of a 1280 MW power plant in Myanmar began circulating. (Khao Hoon, 10/4/18)
WICE
WICE said Chinese customers are queueing up, and this will lift 1H18 to a new high. It plans to invest Bt300nm to do an M&A deal. It says revenue will grow 30%. It is also ready to negotiate border trade connecting the “silk road” and expects a conclusion this year. (Thun Hoon, 10/4/18)
Comment: I do like the management but the valuations became ridiculous rather quickly
