Are these ridiculously high levels? For Thailand yes, compared to the region i.e. Indonesia and Malaysia where it reaches ~40% then no.

But does it make sense when the USD offers higher yields than THB? To which one ponders, are the buyers just regionally focused and therefore have to put capital to work within the ASEAN region, and if that is the case, then yes Thailand is the best out of the worst lot (second to Singapore of course)
