CNT: reported acquisition of one plot of land w/ an area of 4.8 acres located at Patong, Kathu district, Phuket for Bt 173m from Legal Execution office, planning to develop real estate project.
Comment: Clever move…good pricing.
GFPT: upbeat 3Q from surge poultry sales orders from Japan & China, sees margin upside from lower feed mill cost if government decided to increase corn & soybeans imports from the US.
Comment: Several soft commodities have sold off…there could be something here.
GULF: plans to invest $ 1.3b in 11 renewable project total contract capacity of 746.6mw that will be start cod btw FY26/27, all project have signed 25-year PPA with Electricity Generating of TH (EGAT). Three solar farms will developed in cooperation with GUNKUL.
Comment: They have the $ from the beautiful dividends of AIS.
MINT: adding 4 new hotel brands including Minor Reserve Collection, Wosley Hotel, Colbert Collection & iStay Hotels to expand into new mkt, provide distinctive hospitality offering across luxury, premium and budget-friendly segments.
Comment: They could be a bit more clever with their branding….sounds like a copy n develop
