Comment: It’s a good story. The net benefit to Thailand is minimal, other than the IEs and power players. If one digs further into the numbers the data centers aren’t all going to WHA and AMATA , it’s still a basic real estate play i.e cheap land, access to reliable and cheap utilities – and that’s it. Unless the IE player is going to come in with a full package i.e. all the hardware components that fit the requirements of the providers
