ADVANC says the purchase of CSL shares creates synergy both in terms of revenue and cost reduction and will also strengthen its high-speed internet business. Comment: Well that’s something to be seen, CSL’s assets in the space are arguably legacy assets at this point, and should 5G come, then they’ll be considered obsolete. 
BIG
BIG says earnings have bottomed out, reporting 3Q17 earnings of Bt130mn. It believes 2017 revenue will grow 10-20% as targeted as it plans to launch a new campaign with well-known brands and financial institutions to raise sales at the end of the year. (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)

PSL
PSL says outlook is positive on growth in the shipping business is growing in tandem with overall economic recovery and the rise in the BDI in 9M17. It expects 4Q17 revenue and earnings to be the highest of the year, as it is high season. It also projects BDI to reach 1200 points and believes 2017 revenue will be exceed Bt3.7bn after 9M17 revenue reached Bt3.2bn. (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)

PYLON
PYLON says 4Q17 revenue will be better than 3Q17’s as it will book revenue from several projects. It also plans to get more projects to continuously increase its backlog from the current level of Bt550mn. (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)

S plans to buy PACE real estate in order to broaden its revenue sources. It also plans to launch three new projects, increasing its backlog from Bt9.3bn. It just launched its latest luxury condominium on Thonglor, targeting both foreigners and Thai. It believes 2017 presales will reach target of Bt8.2bn . (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)
Comment: Looks like the news for this is incorrect given that SIRI seems to have the first rights for DD on PACE’s assets.
SPALI
SPALI is expanding upcountry. It just launched new single house and townhome projects in Phuket worth Bt900mn, which will offer buyers a variety of options. It expects good response. (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)
TISCO
TISCO expects 2017 loan growth of 10% YoY supported by the addition of SCBT’s portfolio. It views that loan growth in 2018 will be stable after its loan base has expanded this year. (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)
Comment: It would only come from SCBT if that’s the case, because TISCO itself isn’t showing any growth
TKS
TKS plans to buy a printing business to strengthen its fundamental and is negotiating to get new projects from Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia worth Bt50mn, which will be finalized this year. It targets 2018 revenue to grow at least 5%, planning to expand to packaging and label businesses . (Thun Hoon, 8/11/17)
