AMATA maintains its presales target of 925 rai this year. It expects 4Q18 presales to be outstanding. Next year, it expects presales growth of 10% to 1,000 rai, backed by large demand from Chinese and Japanese. Backlog is 13,000 rai. It plans to raise land price in Amata City Chonburi. BTS expects revenue to grow by 200% this year. South Green Line, Baring – Samut Prakan will open for service on Dec 6. This will increase revenue by 30%. It expects passengers to grow by 5%. GCAP

JKN notified the SET that its executive sold stocks to Chalerm Harnphanich, MD and CEO of BCH. It unveiled next year’s business plan. It will continue to distribute soap opera content. SCN
SCN says it already delivered the second round of NGV buses. The third round of 100 NGV buses will be delivered in December. THAI board approved the purchase of 38 aircraft. Management is drafting a five-year procurement plan (2019-2023) with a maximum budget of Bt100bn and then will send this to the cabinet for approval in December. (Kao Hoon, 28/11/18)

TVD
TVD shareholders approved the acquisition of 90.1% in Spring News Television to operate digital TV channel 19. It expects the acquisition to increase opportunities in the mass market. It plans to change the station’s name and schedule. (Thun Hoon, 28/11/18)
