BGT plans to open a new branch in Myanmar in 2H16 and expects revenue of Bt11mn next year. It plans to expand to Laos and Vietnam where demand is good. It expects 2H16 earnings to grow and expects sales growth of no less than 15%, supported by a steady recovery in purchasing power. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)

EASTW is confident in 5% growth in revenue in 2016, driven by the return to a normal volume of water sales. It expects water sales volume of 310 mcm. It will continue to invest in laying pipe. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
FORTH
FORTH expects to bid for a government job worth Bt2bn in 4Q16 and expects to get it. It has lowered its 2016 revenue target to the 2015 level due to postponement of government projects. It has budgeted Bt200mn to build a warehouse. (Kao Hoon, 03/10/16)
FSMART
FSMART expects to expand Boon Term to 150k machines in the next three years with revenue growth of 30% each year. It is confident that 2016 revenue will grow more than 30%, supported by adding more than 90k online top-up machines. It expects to sell air tickets on line in October. (Kao Hoon, 03/10/16)

The board approved a budget of Bt54.18mn to buy machines and a factory to handle a higher grade of sugar. The Supreme Court ruled that OCSB has to reimburse Bt16.96mn plus interest at 7.5% per year to KSL from the beginning of the lawsuit until full payment. (Kao Hoon, 03/10/16)

PCA
PCA plans to set up a subsidiary to do cloud service. It expects 2016 earnings to turn to positive, supported by backlog of Bt200mn. It plans to bid for new jobs worth Bt500mn and expects 2016 revenue of Bt1.02bn. (Thun Hoon, 0 3/10/16)
PS
PS expects 2H16 performance to be good, aided by new projects. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt51bn, brought by transfers. It plans to expand to the high-end market to raise its backlog from Bt23.6bn. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
PTTEP
PTTEP is budgeting 2017 budget of US$1.7bn which is close to this year’s. It expects sales to reach 322,000 barrels/day. It has postponed the Mozambique project to next year. It is looking for a partner to invest in MD-7 in Myanmar. (Khao Hoon, 03/10/16)
S
The board of S has given the okay to subsidiary (S Hotel) to sign a service contract with SPM SG, valued at Bt276mn. (Khao Hoon, 03/10/16)
SAMCO
SAMCO expects 4Q16 earnings to be good because of high demand. It plans to take part in a house and condo show in this month, which it expects will increase presales to Bt40-50mn. It plans to launch new projects to raise backlog from Bt180mn. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
SORKON
SORKON expects 2016 revenue to grow 10% from last year though net profit will drop because of higher material cost. It is budgeting Bt200mn for restaurant expansion at home and abroad. It plans to acquire buildings in order to expand capacity in 2017. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
Comment: They are the largest fishball manufacturer in Thailand however the restaurant expansion has not been the success that management wanted
 
SUPER
SUPER expects to book Bt2.4bn revenue from selling electricity in 2H16. It is waiting for the PPA for two waste power plants with capacity of 8MW each. It is confident it meets the qualification criteria. It plans to take part in a waste power plant for community unit phase 1 in October. (Khao Hoon, 03/10/16)
SUSCO
SUSCO expects 2H16 performance to be okay. It expects 3Q16 revenue to reach its target of Bt20bn. It expects 4Q16 performance to be robust on tourism high season and higher demand brought by lower oil price. It expects crude oil price to stabilize at US$40-50/barrel. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
TAKUNI
TAKUNI took part in Bt500mn oil and gas bidding. It expects this to increase its backlog from Bt200mn. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt1.3bn with net profit margin of not less than 2%. It expects to maintain 2017 revenue at a stable level from this year. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
TOG
TOG expects 4Q16 performance to be good brought by large orders. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 8% from last year’s Bt1.89bn due to a broader customer base. It is budgeting Bt150mn to increase its capacity for special lens. (Thun Hoon, 03/10/16)
Comment: I do find it odd how their share price is moving these days given that their business model has really changed since we first met them in 2005.
