1Q15 earnings grew 14.6% YoY from sale promotions to Bt1.44bn, EPS of Bt1.75. Sales revenue grew 1.9%YoY because BIGC launched promotional campaigns, especially during Chinese New Year. Japanese firm to do a tender offer for ML at a price of Bt2.2per share. This has been raised from the first tender offer of Bt1.9per share. The objective for this tender offer is to support Japanese investors moving to Thailand and to expand in the leasing market via taking over a leasing firm in Asia via ML. It targets 8-10% sales growth this year while oil price is expected to move at US$50-60 per barrel.
