DRT plans expand capacity in order to expand to CLMV+I. It targets exports to comprise 20% of sales in 2017. It plans to cooperate with construction and material retail shops in order to broaden its customer base. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
EA
EA expects 4Q16 earnings to recover from low season. It plans to commence operations at a 126MW wind power plant in the south, which will raise total capacity to 404MW. It expects 2017 performance to be good, upholstered by power plant operations. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)

EPG expects 2HFY16 to be good on the weaker baht. It expects FY 2016 revenue to hit Bt10bn on the back of numerous orders. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
IFEC
New investor group bought bid lot of IFEC shares of 27.60mn, priced at Bt3.6, for a total value of Bt99.36mn. It plans to expand its business to support revenue and profit growth. (Khao Hoon, 13/10/16)

PDG
PDG is budgeting Bt100mn to increase capacity by 15% from 60mn bottles/month to meet its large orders. With Bt200mn in cash on hand, it is looking for a partner to invest in new business. It expects 2H16 performance to be robust with better revenue and margin. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)

PK expects 4Q16 earnings to be peak, aided by large orders. Its backlog is Bt1.6-1.7bn. It plans to expand abroad, with foreign operations to eventually comprise 30% of revenue. It plans to be more active in 2017 with the launch of new products and services. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
ROJNA
ROJNA expects net profit to be affected from TICON capital increase via PP. It expects 2017 net profit to fall after its stake drops to 26%. (Khao Hoon, 13/10/16)
SIRI
SIRI reports condo transfers of Bt14bn in the first nine months, with backlog of Bt5bn which is expected to be transferred in 4Q16. This raises 2016 condo transfers to Bt20bn. It plans to hold an event on Nov 4-6 at which it targets presales of Bt10bn. (Khao Hoon, 13/10/16)
TVT
TVT plans a JV with a production house. It estimates it will need to spend Bt100mn. It targets revenue to reach Bt1bn within 3-5 years. It expects 2017 revenue to grow 20% as it is looking for more projects. It plans to expand its distribution channels by offering online ads. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
Comment: It does look like a lot of players will have a slow month with the 30 day no-entertainment
UNIQ
UNIQ plans to take part in Bt200bn bids, expecting to get Bt40bn. This will raise backlog from Bt27bn, of which Bt7bn is expected to be booked in 2H16. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt12bn. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
Comment: Perhaps one of the few sectors to continue to do well, unless we see delays in the government projects which is a rather low probability
 
UTP
UTP expects 4Q16 earnings to mark a record high after it increased capacity by 30%. It has received large orders from major clients recently. It plans to expand to ASEAN, which will give it new clients from a new segment. It expects 2017 to benefit from its higher capacity which will support its performance. (Thun Hoon, 13/10/16)
