TUF
Profit up 18.8% in 1H15 – SET-listed Thai Union Frozen Products Plc (TUF), the world’s biggest exporter of canned and frozen tuna, has posted a 18.1% rise in net profit in the first half with revenue helped by recent acquisitions. In the first six months of this year, the company had a net profit of 2.92 billion baht, up 18.1% from the same period last year with a net profit margin at 4.9%, compared with 4.2% a year ago, according to the company’s statement.
