Management confirmed the 32.67% shareholder stake transfer has no operational impact.

Comment: I just don’t care much for this business model, it’ll pump and then crash and burn.

BANPU’s BKV Approves US$100m Share Buyback in New York. BKV, part of the BANPU group, approved a US$100m share buyback program on the New York Stock Exchange over two years, subject to market conditions, to reinforce investor confidence.

Comment: Hah! IPO and then use those shares to buyback more…well ok…it’s still up since it IPO’d

BAY Cuts Lending Rates to Support Vulnerable Borrowers. The bank announced reductions of up to 25 bps across lending rates (MLR, MOR and MRR), effective 24 Dec 2025, aimed at easing debt burdens for customers, particularly vulnerable groups, amid the current economic environment.

CHAO Launches THB64m Share Buyback Program, covering up to 9.69 million shares, running from 22 Dec 2025 to 21 Jun 2026, aimed at financial management and shareholder value enhancement.

Comment: Well it’s not that cheap…but ok.

PRINC Invests THB673.7m to Expand Hospital Network in Korat. PRINC approved an investment via its subsidiary to acquire 57% of N.D.S.34, a private hospital operator in Nakhon Ratchasima, valued at THB673.65m, with completion expected in January 2026.

Comment: They have the lowest margins of all the hospital players in Thailand…

SAPPE completed its share buyback, acquiring 4.65 million shares (1.51%)using THB150.36m, below the original target of 5 million shares.

TKS Cancels Investment in Phumisoft, No Business Impact. TKS announced that its subsidiary GoFive has cancelled its investment in Phumisoft as part of a strategic review, confirming no impact on operations, financial position or overall business outlook.

ETTH Plans LiVEx IPO to Fund Solar PPA Expansion. Energy Thai Trading Hub (ETTH) plans to offer 10 million IPO shares on the LiVEx platform. Proceeds will be used to expand Solar PPA projects and repay debt.

Comment: This is effectively a dead exchange.

BOT Maintains 2026 Inflation Target Amid Deflation Risks. The Bank of Thailand reaffirmed its 1–3% inflation target for 2026, acknowledging inflation remains below target.
