Comment: Stop and imagine that the Cambodian business could be worth equal to the Thai business, and then what are the implications for GL?

IFEC
IFEC says foreign investors interest in a JV with subsidiary, Inter Far East Wind International”. It plans to list its subsidiary by Dec 2019. 2015 revenue is expected at Bt300mn because it will book the revenue from selling 61MW of electricity in 3Q15. It targets electric capacity of 1,000MW. Comment: IFEC should not be any higher than 7, one of the few times I’m happy to see a stock drop nearly 50% from its peak. If only we could short it…

IVL
Director says IVL targets 2015 revenue growth of 8% from last year’s US$7.2bn because product prices have moved up in line with an increase in oil price. (Post Today, 14/05/15)

KCM
KCM reported 1Q15 revenue of Bt169.4mn with net profit of Bt9.1mn (+72%YoY). The management believes sales will rise gradually after it introduced a new channel for ordering via its website. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)

PDG
Local and international investors made company visit. Most are interest in PDG. 1Q15 profit continues to trend up and will continue to grow in 2Q15 on the back of higher orders. PDG plans to acquire a plastic business to increase its strength. It targets 2015 revenue growth of 15-20%. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)

RATCH
RATCH invests in the 180MW-Mount Emerald wind farm in Australia, paying Bt9.5bn. This project will add Bt6.2bn value to RATCH. (Khao Hoon, 14/05/15)

RWI
RWI talking with partner in Myanmar to invest in construction business which will increase its international revenue to 10% of total revenue. 2Q15 earnings will rise because the company is dealing with new clients. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)

SAMART
The company targets its 2015 revenue of Bt30bn as SAMTEL is expected to get 39 contracts worth Bt7bn in the first half and 90% of total contracts have been secured. (Khao Hoon, 14/05/15)
Comment: A darling for investors last year, everyone’s smiles have been turned upside down, not surprising given that SIM can’t maintain its growth profile, but i do wonder how it’s power project on Cambodia is progressing, at some point this company will be worth a look again.

SEAFCO
SEAFCO expects profit in 1Q15 of Bt33mn, up 37% YoY. It expects revenue and profit to hit new highs supported by backlog of more than Bt1.4bn. It expects to get a new job worth Bt600-700mn soon. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)

SENA
SENA expects to finish a deal with a partner for a solar power plant project in May or June. It expects revenue growth of more than 20%. It plans to book profit from solar rooftop of Bt6mn/year after it begins selling electricity in 2Q15. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)
Comment: A clever move by SENA, in theory every property company should be doing this.

SPCG
SPCG and partner expect to operate a 100MW solar farm in the Philippines by the end of 2015. The solar farm in Japan is ready to start up and it plans to increase that plant’s capacity from 150MW to 500 MW. It expects revenue in 2015 of no less than Bt5bn. (Khao Hoon, 14/05/15)
Comment: Still the only real solar player in thailand because they have all their megawatts up n running

TFD
TFD and SUPER plan to take over GENCO, together taking 34%. It plans to work on biomass power plant and waste power plant of no less than 100MW. GENCO has changed the PP list for the 1.15 billion shares priced at Bt2 to include TFD and SUPER. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)

TVD
TVD reported total revenue in 1Q15 of Bt675.96mn. It is confident that 2015 revenue will hit its target of Bt2.88bn, supported by good ratings for “TVD shopping”. (Thun Hoon, 14/05/15)
