The Supreme Court Upholds the Ruling on EXAT Compensating Bt1.8bn to BEM. The Supreme Administrative Court has upheld the Administrative Court to require the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) pay compensation to Northern Expressway Company Limited (NECL), a subsidiary of Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), regarding the case of building a competitive expressway, which is against regulations. JWD expects 3Q18 results to outperform due to logistic business expansion and new business support.  It targets revenue growth of 30%YoY. Comment: I do like the way they setting up throughout Thailand the region, effectively guaranteeing themselves yield in every market they are entering by locking in customers first. Cold storage is an underrated part of the logistics industry.
PJW

TLUXE expects earnings to turn around next year. It targets revenue growth of 5-10% this year. It will book extra gain of Bt1.4bn from the sale of a power plant within 1Q19. TOA
TOA expects sales volume to increase in 2H18, supported by high season. It expects 2H18 results to be good. It will keep its EBITDA at 18.5% this year. It is bringing production capacity to 102mn gallons/year by opening three paint factories in Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia. (Thun Hoon, 24/9/18)
Comment: It’s a margin game with the moving of raw mat prices in the short term but in the long term its the regional expansion that is driving this company. 
TVD
TVD has budgeted Bt1bn to acquire Spring News Television, expanding its product advertising business. NEWS, the major shareholder of Spring News Television, says the joining of TVD will support its subsidiary’s growth and it is preparing to ask an approval from shareholders at an EGM.
