(MHPS) for violations against antitrust law via offering bribes to Thai civil servants in relation to the unloading of equipment for Khanom Power Plant Unit 4. GULF denies involvement in bribery case. GULF has notified the SET that news reports stating that an employee of Mitsubishi Power Systems Ltd. (MHPS) paid bribes to government officials to win a power plant construction project in Thailand in 2013 do not refer to GULF. Comment: 6 months later than initially expected when it was announced a few years ago. One should be wary of the initial start up costs that come with this type of project, but looks like the long-term strategy is still in place for the company.

TRC expects to be awarded a Bt2.7bn project in July. The project will increase its backlog to Bt10bn from Bt7.2bn currently.
