Comment: Hmmm ok. Their performance has been as expected but the re-rating is just mindboggling.

COM7 expects 4Q16 performance to grow thanks to iPhone7 and government stimulus. It expects 2016 performance to be a record high. It says the big-log transaction (sale of 60mn shares to local institutional investors) will have no impact on management. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/16)

HTECH
HTECH reported substantial growth in 3Q16 net profit to Bt33.44mn, up by Bt19.44mn from last year. It expects to move to trade on the main board after finishing its capital increase. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/16)
ILINK
ILINK expects 2016 performance to be a record high brought by getting new projects and Bt1bn transfers from Bt2bn backlog. It plans to take part in Bt2bn public projects and expects to get 25%. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/16)

PACE
PACE expects 2017 performance to be back to positive. It targets 2017 revenue of Bt12bn backed by Bt10bn transfers. It plans to launch two projects with total valued of Bt7bn. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/16)
Comment: Unless they do something clever their earnings will look at raimon lands i.e. an xmas tree.
 
PCSGH
PCSGH expects 2017 revenue growth of 5% from this year supported by recovery in the economy and automotive industry. It is budgeting Bt60-80mn to invest in additional 2MW solar roof top. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/16)
ROJNA
ROJNA expects 2016 land sales to reach its target of 500 rai on the back of backlog. It is negotiating to sell 200-300 rai more. TAKUNI
TAKUNI plans to take part in Bt100mn bids with the winner to be announced by the end of this year. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target brought by robust construction and oil & gas industries. TK expects 2016 loan portfolio of Bt7.5bn, up 7%YoY. It expects 4Q16 loans growth to increase from higher motorcycle sales. It is budgeting Bt20mn for investment in 2017 to open six new branches. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/16)

TSR expects 2017 revenue growth to be higher than 2015’s Bt2bn backed by personal loans. It plans to open five branches. It is looking for a partner to expand its business in Vietnam after It plans to offer water filters in Laos by early 2017. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/16)
Comment: Bad loans killed their earnings in 2Q and 3Q this year. Apparently this will continue until 2Q17.
