CHG’s 4Q17 revenue has been growing steadily as utilization rate has increased to 75% and it has benefited from the increase in social security reimbursement. SUSCO says 4Q17 oil sales volume will be the highest in 2017 as a result of high season supporting 2017 revenue to grow by 8%. It also says 2H17 growth is favorable as it will not book tax.
