AWC: The company confirmed its intention to sell a large REIT to attract foreign investment, with the transaction scheduled for next year. AWC believes the REIT formation will be a turning point for capital flows and allow the company to continue expanding its portfolio as planned. Most recently, it launched a cable car project connecting Asiatique and Charoen Nakhon, adding value to both sides of the Chao Phraya River. The company also plans to develop a 20-rai area on the Charoen Nakhon side.
