Court throws out petition — The Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) threw out the petition against PTT regarding spinning off its pipeline business as the case has been ruled on by the Administrative Court. Comment: The stock price has come off some 30% from its highs in 2013, which were more than warranted given it was trading @ some 30x PE. I’ve always like SINGER’s business and its management due to the wonderful turnaround that it executed in 2009/2010, the stock, to me, is more value based versus growth and I still wouldn’t be surprised to see it fall further.
