Bull case – new gov, better ministers (dare I say it’s the best I’ve seen in 2 decades?). With Anutin as a puppet where the powers that be have their hands so far up his backside that no matter what stupid $hit he says the country is going to perform better than the past decade.

Bear case – Iran continues, Ukraine vs Russia is dialed down and all parties focus on Iran and this drags out longer than every “expert” says.
