Oh, is that the property sector actually catching a bid? Is that the consumer sector bouncing along the bottom? Ok ok I’m reaching on the latter, but not on propcon…despite all the -ve news shown in the press about demand and companies going under, the market’s reach an equilibrium of sorts, there’s only a few solid players left allowed to launch projects, there are changes in the land zoning that are coming allowed lower ASPs (via small land lots) and interest rates are still all the way down at the bottom – despite my thinking/hopes that it should be increasing – or I could be completely wrong and it’s only a stock or two moving the sector and the stimmi’s from the government are going to wear off and these names go back down down down. Let’s see.
